Arriving/Departing - Our arrival times can be flexible. Please let us know what time you are going to come. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9 am. Check out time is 11am.
Smoking - We are a strictly non-smoking house and would appreciate you not smoking in the bedrooom or anywhere else indoors.
All rooms include the following; colour TV, central heating, tea/coffee/biscuits, wash basin, communal toilet and shower room and clock/radio.
Twin room includes en suite shower.
Double room includes en suite toilet.
